Ingredients: 1/2 kg 1 pc 1/2 tbsp. 1 200g pouch 2 & 1/4 cups 3 pcs 1 to 2 pcs 100 g 1 bunch 1 tbsp | Pork liempo, cut into chunks small onion, sliced patis Del Monte Original Style Tomato Sauce water okra, each piece cut into 2 siling haba raddish, sliced kangkong, leaves & tender stalks only sinigang-mix powder |
1. Saute onion and pork in 1 tbsp oil for 5 minutes, or until pork is slightly brown.
2. Add patis, stir, then add the tomato sauce. Cook for 3 minutes.
3. Add water. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes, or until pork is tender.
4. Add raddish. Cover and simmer until raddish is almost cooked. Add okra. Allow to simmer.
5. Add kangkong and sinigang-mix (tamarind) powder. Allow to simmer.
